• Dusting all level surfaces up to 180cm (shelves, ledges, windowsills)
• Cabinets and wardrobes — cleaned inside and outside
• Doors and frames — wiped down and stains removed
• Light switches and electrical outlet covers
• Radiators and ventilation covers (exterior)
• Tile walls — wiped and sanitized
• Painted walls — dry-wiped to remove dust and light marks
• Mirrors and all glass surfaces (excluding windows)
• Floors — full vacuuming of carpets, floors, and skirting boards
• Mopping — damp mopping of all suitable floor materials

The kitchen is the most inspected room during a move-out. We leave nothing unchecked.

• Kitchen cabinets — deep cleaned inside and outside, including doors
• Waste management — trash bins and housing cabinets cleaned and sanitized
• Sink and faucet — professionally descaled and polished
• Backsplash — full cleaning of tile walls and work surfaces
• Extractor hood — exterior surfaces cleaned (filter not included)
• Microwave — deep cleaned inside and outside
• Appliances — outer surfaces of oven, fridge, and dishwasher
• Countertops — all work surfaces sanitized
• Floors — vacuumed and damp mopped

A full deep clean focusing on the areas most commonly flagged during inspections.

• Toilet bowl — fully sanitized inside and outside
• Sink and faucet — descaled and polished to a shine
• Shower and bathtub — scrubbed and stains removed
• Glass surfaces — shower walls and mirrors cleaned
• Tile walls — full surface cleaning
• Bathroom cabinets — cleaned inside and outside
• Visible pipes — wiped and dusted
• Floor drain — opened and cleaned
• Floors — vacuumed and damp mopped

To ensure complete transparency, the following tasks are not part of a standard move-out clean:

• Extractor hood filters
• Deep stain removal or washing of painted walls
• Unclogging of internal drains or pipes
• Moving heavy furniture or appliances
• Cleaning of surfaces above 180cm requiring specialized equipment
• Window cleaning, oven interiors, fridge/freezer interiors, saunas, and balconies (all available as add-ons)

Many landlords specifically inspect these areas. Add them to your booking for full peace of mind.
